Job summary

Seneca Foods Corporation is seeking a Shipping Clerk to join our logistics team in California. You will support customer service, verify outbound shipments, and prepare all shipping documents (BOL, manifests) while maintaining files.

The role requires clear communication, attention to detail, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. You will coordinate with OTR truck drivers and warehouse staff to ensure inventory accuracy and on-time deliveries.

• Detail oriented and organized.
• Ability to provide excellent customer service.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Completes Customer service functions as necessary.
• Ensure the accuracy of all outbound shipments.
• Responsible for completing all required shipping documents (BOL, Manifests).
• Maintains files of all required shipping documents.
• Completes Inventory reconciliations as required.
• Communicates with OTR truck drivers and Warehouse forklift drivers.
