Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required with relevant experience.
• Ability to read simple instructions and write basic correspondence.
• Basic data entry skills and PC experience are required.

Responsibilities

• Enter shipping data in the specified database in a timely, accurate manner.
• Create shipping documents using a computer program and ensure accuracy.
• Coordinate truck drivers at the dispatch window and communicate dock assignments.
• Print and file reports and shipping documents as required.
• Maintain professional conduct with internal and external customers.
