Job summary

Envision is seeking a Warehouse Associate in Fairchild AFB, WA to coordinate shipping/receiving and deliver orders to customers. The role requires a high school diploma and 1–2 years in warehouse/delivery work, with forklift and DOT certifications preferred. Expect physical warehouse duties and regular freight movement.

You will maintain records, verify paperwork, and ensure accurate inventory controls while supporting a safe, organized work environment. Compensation is hourly.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
• Experience: One to two years in warehouse and delivery driver positions preferred.
• Knowledge/Skills: Proficient math and computer skills; good written and verbal communication; ability to work independently; good organization and attention to detail.
• Licenses/Certifications: Current driver’s license and driving record in good standing; forklift certification; ability to complete DOT certification and DOT physical/drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate shipping and receiving of merchandise inventories and maintain records.
• Deliver merchandise orders to customers as necessary.
• Receive merchandise and ensure paperwork is accurate.
• Load/unload trucks with forklift and move merchandise to storage areas.
• Package, label and ship orders; maintain purchase order files.
• Inspect incoming merchandise for quantity, description and damage; report discrepancies.
• Process returns through vendors and internet orders; arrange pickup with trucking company.
• Maintain accurate manual inventory records and organize warehouse areas.
