Job summary

Andersen Corporation in Minnesota is seeking a safety‑minded PIT operator to cube out vans, load units and materials, and support cross‑docking and shipping operations. You will follow standard work, adhere to safety plans, and participate in continuous improvement initiatives to keep daily output flowing smoothly.

The role requires reading invoices and reports, operating MES, BAAN and Business Objects tools, and collaborating with maintenance, engineering and supply chain teams to resolve

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED with related work experience.
Ability to read invoices, packing slips, and reports to determine delivery location.
Safe operation of PITs following company safety standards and lockout/tagout knowledge.

Responsibilities

Cube out vans, load units and materials without damage.
Operate PITs and perform cross-docking, sorting, and shipping tasks.
Follow standard work, safety plans and participate in continuous improvement.
Provide training and assist cross-functional teams (Supply Chain, Engineering, Maintenance).
Maintain system scan integrity and assist with crate building as needed.
