Job summary

Personnel Resources, Inc. is hiring a Shipping & Packaging Associate to prepare mobile column lifts for shipment. You will clean, inspect, and prepare lifts for shipping, apply decals and shrink wrap, and operate a crane to move loads safely.

The role requires the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand and perform physical tasks throughout the shift, with forklift and overhead crane experience considered a plus. Training provided where needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in packing or shipping is preferred but not required.
• Ability to safely use a wood saw and air nail gun.
• Forklift and overhead crane experience is a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to stand, bend, stoop, and perform physical tasks throughout the shift.

Responsibilities

• Clean, inspect, and prepare mobile column lifts for shipping.
• Apply decals and shrink wrap finished products.
• Operate an overhead crane to move lifts safely.
• Load trucks and containers using a forklift.
• Build and secure shipping crates using a wood saw and air nail gun as needed.
