Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to manage shipments and coordinate with suppliers and clients. You will process orders, schedule deliveries, and act as the main customer service contact to ensure timely and accurate transactions.

The role requires forklift experience, familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems, and proficiency in MS Office. A minimum of 3 years in logistics or customer service is preferred, with strong attention to detail and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience in customer service and logistics.
• Must have forklift experience.
• Material Handling Certification.
• Dangerous Goods Qualification.
• Forklift Operation Certification.
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems.
• English preferred (reading, writing and verbal).

Responsibilities

• Create, coordinate and complete shipments of goods between company and clients.
• Coordinate with off-site logistics locations, suppliers and vendors to meet deadlines and track all shipments.
• Process orders and ensure shipment schedules are met.
• Develop and maintain operational reports and complete shipments of goods between company and clients.
• Act as a point of contact for customer service.
• Ensure the completion, accuracy, and delivery of transactions for clients.
• Dispatch requests to transportation providers.
• Perform daily activities for an assigned shift.
