Job summary

Jobvite, Inc. in Colorado is seeking a warehouse team member to support scale operations, loading and order fulfillment. You will manage forklift and pallet jack tasks, lift heavy items, and maintain inventory accuracy while following safety policies.

The role requires flexibility with hours, basic math and English proficiency, and the ability to learn barcode scanning procedures. A valid forklift license is preferred; work environment includes cold conditions.

Qualifications

• Read, write and speak English.
• Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, division, multiplication and percentages.
• Ability to pass a Prove It test.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds; push/pull up to 100 pounds.
• Valid forklift and pallet jack license or ability to obtain a license.
• Ability to work in a cold environment.
• Ability to learn new procedures (bar code scanner, equipment, stacking grids).
• Familiarity with computer systems.
• Ability to work variable hours and maintain excellent attendance.

Responsibilities

• Operate general operations and basic maintenance of the auto scale.
• Perform manual scaling at the reweigh station and maintain equipment.
• Stack boxes weighing 45-50 pounds on pallets by product code.
• Assist with rework by repairing cases or identifying cases for return.
• Submit daily scale adjustment reports to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Maintain a clean work area through daily sanitation.
• Operate forklift and pallet jack safely.
• Load trucks with equipment and by hand up to 50 pounds per case.
• Fill customer orders accurately using Telxon equipment.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for the general operation and a basic maintenance of the auto scale.
• Performs manual scaling at the reweigh station, including general operation and basic maintenance.
• Constant repetition of stacking boxes weighing 45-50 pounds on pallets which are segregated by product code
• Assists with rework by either repairing the cases or identifying cases for return.
• Assures inventory accuracy by submitting daily scale adjustment reports.
• Keep area clean by performing daily general sanitation.
• Operates forklift and pallet jack safely and efficiently.
• Loads trucks both with equipment and by hand which vary in weight up to 50 pounds per case.
• Ability to fill customer orders accurately using Telxon equipment.

The applicant who fills this position will be eligible for the following compensation and benefits:

• Benefits: Vision, Medical, and Dental coverage begin after 60 days of employment;
• Paid time off: sick leave, vacation, and 6 company observed holidays;
• 401(k): eligible after 1st day of employment including company match which begins after the first year of service and follows the company vesting schedule
• $26.25/hr base rate
