Job summary

JBC Technologies, Inc. in Fitchburg, WI is seeking a detail-oriented Shipping Coordinator to oversee daily shipping operations, ensuring on-time delivery and accurate packing, labeling, and documentation.

You will coordinate with Production, Inspection, and Customer Service, prepare packing lists, certs, and BOLs, and support picking/packing as needed. This role offers a 4-day workweek, competitive benefits, 401(k) eligibility, and paid training in a safe manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED or equivalent
• 2-3 years of experience in a manufacturing shipping environment
• Knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, expectations, and procedures in manufacturing/shipping

Responsibilities

• Prioritize/distribute pick tickets
• Coordinate with Production/Inspection on orders and partials
• Update Customer Service on delays
• Process Shipments – packing lists, certs, and BOLs
• Assist with picking/packing as needed (assemble orders, verify counts, labels)
• Record labor and data in MES system
• Follow all company policies and procedures
