Job summary

Ingram Content Group (ICG) is seeking a Shipping Coordinator to support our Operations Team in Lavergne, TN. The role ensures the shipping schedule is completed for all daily shipments, domestic and international, and serves as a backup to the Shipping Lead.

Join a team that prioritizes safety, process improvement, and efficient distribution, leveraging PKMS and DHL manifest knowledge to meet deadlines while maintaining accuracy.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year experience with PKMS system.
• 1 year experience with International and domestic shipping requirements.
• 6 months of physical activities including lifting, bending, and climbing.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate shipping schedule for all daily shipments, domestic and international.
• Act as backup to Shipping Lead.
• Ensure accuracy in shipping documentation and manifests.
• Maintain compliance with carrier requirements (UPS, DHL).
• Demonstrate reading comprehension and organizational skills in daily tasks.
• Utilize PKMS and other PC tools to support shipping operations.

Ingram Content Group (ICG) is hiring for a Shipping Coordinator to support our Operations Team in Lavergne, TN. A Shipping Coordinator ensures shipping schedule is completed for all daily shipments, both domestic and international. This person acts as a backup to the Shipping Lead.

Schedule:

• Sunday - Thursday3:30PM to 12AM

What You’ll Need:

• HS Diploma or GED
• 1 year experience with PKMS system
• 1 year experience with International and domestic shipping requirements
• 6 months work experience which includes walking, standing, lifting/carrying, pushing/pulling, gripping/grasping, bending, squatting/kneeling, twisting/turning, climbing, crawling, reaching above shoulders, typing/keyboard
