Ingram Content Group is seeking an Operations Team Lead for the 1st shift in LaVergne, TN. This full-time role supports the Operations team, leading department workflow and acting as a supervisor in their absence.

The position involves training hourly associates, directing production systems responses, and coordinating with other departments to meet quality and productivity standards. A strong emphasis on safety, process improvement, and team collaboration is essential.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1 year experience with PC-based applications.
• 1 year work experience in a warehouse operations environment.
• 6 months' experience with physical tasks (lifting, bending, climbing, etc.).

An Operations Team Lead supports all operational and administrative activities required to run an operating department of major production environment. Serves as the lead person overseeing department or activity workflow. Acts as in leadership capacity in absence of the Supervisor.

Schedule:

• Sunday - Thursday7 AM to 3:30 PM with possible OT

Pay:

• $22.61 and up DOE

Required Qualifications:

• HS Diploma or equivalent
• 1-year experience with PC based applications
• 1 year work experience in a warehouse operations environment
• 6 months' work experience which includes walking, standing, lifting/carrying, pushing/pulling, gripping/grasping, bending, squatting/kneeling, twisting/turning, climbing, crawling, reaching above shoulders, typing/keyboard.

Key Responsibilities:

• Trains and develops hourly associates.
• Acts as the department contact for all production systems issues and questions.
• Provides direction and leadership to associates.
• Identifies, communicates, and ensures all quality and productivity standards are met within the department.
• Research issues, problems, or concerns and recommends solutions.
• Meets customer requests, deadlines, commitments, and quality standards in a timely manner.
• Plans and coordinates work activities, overseeing hourly associates to ensure efficient completion of tasks.
• Coordinates with other departments on workflow activities.
• Assist in administering policy and payroll activities.
