Ingram Content Group in La Vergne, TN is seeking an Operations Team Lead to guide the Operations Team and oversee daily warehouse activities. You will train hourly associates, resolve system issues, and drive safety and productivity.

This role requires a HS diploma, 1 year in warehouse operations, and PC-based applications experience. Competitive benefits start on day one, with 401(k) matching and wellness programs.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalent is required.
• At least 1 year experience with PC-based applications.
• At least 1 year work experience in a warehouse operation environment.
• 6 months experience with lifting, bending, twisting, and other physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Trains and develops hourly associates.
• Acts as the department contact for all warehouse systems issues and questions.
• Provides direction and leadership to associates.
• Identifies, communicates, and ensures quality and productivity standards are met within the department.
• Researches issues, problems, or concerns and recommends solutions.
• Uses computer to track cartons.
• Meets customer requests, deadlines, commitments, and quality standards in a timely manner.
• Plans and coordinates work activities, overseeing hourly associates to ensure efficient completion of tasks.
• Coordinates with other departments on workflow activities.
• Assists in administering policy and payroll activities.

Schedule:

• Mon - Fri 3:30 PM to 12:00 AM OT when required

Pay:

• $22.61 and up DOE

Required Qualifications:

• HS Diploma or equivalent
• 1 year experience with PC based applications
• 1 year work experience in a warehouse operation environment
• 6 months work experience which includes walking, standing, lifting/carrying, pushing/pulling, gripping/grasping, bending, squatting/kneeling, twisting/turning, climbing, crawling, reaching above shoulders, typing/keyboard
