Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–3 years of industry experience preferred.
• Knowledge of DOT regulations.
• Ability to safely operate a forklift.
• Basic skills in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Comfortable with basic math.
• Able to read and apply SOPs, manifests, and bills of lading.
• Able to work on-site and follow the assigned schedule.
• Able to read, write, and understand English.

Responsibilities

• Ensure shipping and processing areas meet DOT, RCRA, and facility permit requirements.
• Follow all EHS regulations and internal safety standards.
• Maintain DOT compliance for offsite shipments.
• Operate a forklift to move, load, and transfer materials.
• Support inventory control through scanning and documentation.
• Complete entry-level SAP shipping tasks, including basic drum lookups and inter-company manifests.
• Assist with basic forklift fleet upkeep, such as fluid checks and inspections.
• Consolidate materials to support efficient, cost-effective shipment processing.
• Collaborate with team members across shifts to maintain steady workflow.
• Other duties as assigned.
