Steuben Foods Inc. is seeking an experienced Shipping Coordinator to support daily warehouse shipping operations and coordinate outbound shipments, 3PL activity, and shipping records.

You will work closely with Production, Quality, Accounting, customers, and external warehouse partners, utilizing ERP/MRP and TMS systems, with strong Excel and Word skills and meticulous attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Experience in shipping coordination or warehouse clerical work.
• Familiarity with ERP/MRP and finished goods shipping systems.
• Proficient with barcode/RFID inventory systems.
• Advanced Excel and Word skills.
• Strong math, organizational, and attention to detail.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate outbound shipments and 3PL shuttle schedules.
• Process and maintain shipping documentation in ERP systems.
• Manage customer orders and outbound shipments through TMS.
• Review shipment, receipt, inventory, and Bill of Lading details for accuracy.
• Communicate shipping information with customers and 3PL partners.
• Maintain accurate shipping and receipt records.
• Reconcile finished goods activity with Accounting, Quality, and Production.
• Assist warehouse management with administrative needs and audits.

We are seeking an experienced Shipping Coordinator to support daily warehouse shipping operations. This role coordinates outbound shipments, 3PL activity, inventory documentation, customer orders, transportation systems, and shipping records while working closely with Production, Quality, Accounting, customers, and external warehouse partners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate outbound shipments and 3PL shuttle schedules.
• Process and maintain shipping documentation in ERP systems.
• Manage customer orders and outbound shipments through TMS.
• Review shipment, receipt, inventory, and Bill of Lading information for accuracy.
• Communicate shipping information with customers and 3PL partners.
• Maintain accurate shipping and receipt records.
• Work with Accounting, Quality, and Production to reconcile finished goods activity.
• Assist warehouse management with administrative needs and audits.

Qualifications:

• Previous shipping, warehouse clerical, or shipping coordination experience.
• Experience with ERP/MRP and finished goods shipping systems.
• Familiarity with inventory control systems and barcode/RFID scanning.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and Word skills.
• Strong math, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Strong professional communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work effectively across departments and take on new projects.

Schedule:

Monday through Friday with some flexibility based on workflow. Weekend availability may occasionally be needed for end-of-month requirements or the year-end audit.

Salary Range: $65,000 - $74,000
