Automation Personnel Services, Inc. is seeking a Shipping Coordinator to organize material flow, handle shipments, and keep accurate logs. The role supports the shipping/inventory department in Sugar Land, TX, and requires 1–2 years of warehouse experience, GED or high school diploma, and MS Office skills. Bilingual English/Mandarin preferred. Monday–Friday, with benefits and weekly pay.

Responsibilities

• Maintain material flow and handling of all shipments from carrier and vendors.
• Process internal and external shipping requests, customer returns and deliveries.
• Ensure all material flow processes comply with operation standards and are accurate.
• Maintain logs and reports of inventory and record keeping.
• Complete exporting shipper’s declarations and relevant paperwork.

The Shipping Coordinator will be assisting our shipping/inventory department.
