Job summary

Swire Coca-Cola is seeking a Shipping Coordinator in Idaho to process inbound and outbound shipments and support warehouse operations. The role requires SAP experience and the ability to lift 50+ lbs, with a 7:00am to 3:30pm Monday–Friday schedule and potential overtime.

• Manage dock schedule in Lean Logistics.
• Reconcile finished goods inventory in SAP with physical counts.
• Check drivers in and out as they arrive for appointments.
• Complete all paperwork for receiving department.
• Manage Receiving schedule on dedicated and over the road drivers.

What does a Shipping Coordinator do at Swire Coca-Cola?

As a Warehouse Shipping & Receiving Coordinator you will be responsible for processing incoming and outgoing loads, playing an important role in helping our Warehouse team ensure accuracy.

Job Details:

Schedule: 7:00am - 3:30pm Mon - Fri (Overtime based on business needs)

Pay: $20.13/HR
