Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver's license required and driving record must meet Swire's vehicle policy requirements.
• Ability to use a reliable vehicle to travel to stores within routes and maintain business use vehicle insurance.

Responsibilities

• Utilization of technology and applications as required throughout the day.
• Clean and organize shelves and/or aisles with cleaning equipment to provide a safe environment for consumers.
• Daily restocking of coolers, displays, racks and shelves with labels facing outward.
• Rotate products to ensure quality with a first-in, first-out stocking system.
• Build displays and promotional items according to supervisor/store instructions and schedule.
• Maintain and organize back rooms/back stock areas for safe access; prepare return of any credited product unfit for sale.
• Attend meetings and assist with special projects and events.

Responsibilities:

• Rotate products to ensure product quality following a first in first out stocking system
• Builds displays and other promotional items throughout the assigned store by moving, stacking and building items according to instruction and schedule made by supervisor and store management
• Maintain and organize back rooms/back stock areas in a safely accessible manner. Prepare for return any credited product unfit for sale within assigned stores daily
• Attend meetings as assigned and assist with special projects and events

Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• V alid driver's license required ; driving record must meet Swire's vehicle policy requirements
• Ability to u se reliable vehicle to travel to stores within your routes and maintain business use vehicle insurance; however, you are not responsible for transporting our products
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds safely
• Ability to work weekends and holidays as required by the business needs

Base pay range is $21.76 to $23.43 plus bonus structure (dependent on role) . Pay offered will depend on candidate's geographic location, prior relevant experience, knowledge, skills, & abilities.

Employees and families offered Medical, Dental, Vision; union pension with employer contributions; Sick pay awarded at 1 hour per 40 hours work, annually 7 paid holidays plus up to 2 floating holidays; Vacation of 40 hours available next calendar year; Eligible for paid Bereavement and Jury Duty.
