Job summary

CHASE Staffing in Georgia seeks an experienced Shipping/Warehouse clerk for a Temp to hire role in the Dallas/Hiram area. First shift 8am-5pm or second shift 3pm-12am or midday 10am-7pm, with pay ranges per shift. Forklift and BOL experience highly preferred; bilingual in Spanish a plus.

Must pass drug/background checks and wear steel-toed footwear. Responsibilities include processing orders, preparing shipping docs, coordinating deliveries, maintaining stockroom, and data entry.

Qualifications

• 2+ years recent verifiable experience
• BOL experience required, including creating them
• Bilingual Spanish & English a plus
• Excellent work ethic, attendance and stability
• Drug test, background check, and steel-toed shoes required
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• High school diploma or GED
• Experience with Microsoft Excel
• Ability to walk or stand for long periods

• Receive and process material orders daily
• Prepare shipping documents including bills of lading
• Coordinate daily deliveries and provide excellent customer service
• Maintain stockroom cleanliness and organization

• Schedule and coordinate large shipments
• Perform high volume data entry

The Douglasville office is URGENTLY seeking experienced Shipping/Warehouse clerk for the Dallas/Hiram area for a Temp to hire position 1st shift 8am-5pm Monday-Friday $17.75 2nd shift 3pm-12am Monday-Friday $18.75 Midday 10am-7pm $18.25

Forklift experience is highly preferred. Must have experience with creating BOL's VLookup exel/formulas and pivot tables. Cherry Picker, Turret, and Stand-up Reach is highly preferred not required.

Requirements:

• Must have 2+ years recent verifiable experience
• Bills of Lading (BOL) experience required (Must have extensive experience with BOL's including creating them)
• Bilingual Spanish & English a plus
