Job summary

CHASE Staffing in Lithia Springs, GA is hiring a Shipping & Receiving Associate / Sit-Down Forklift Operator. The role runs 6:00 AM–6:00 PM on a rotating 3/2 schedule with a pay rate of $20–$22 per hour, depending on experience.

You will prepare Bills of Lading, manage shipping paperwork, coordinate material movements, and operate a sit-down forklift while using an RF scanner to track orders in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Opportunity for temp-to-hire based on performance.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• At least 2 years of sit-down forklift experience.
• General knowledge of daily warehouse shipping and receiving operations.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and process Bills of Lading and Master Bills of Lading.
• Handle export paperwork, shipper’s export declarations, commercial invoices, and ASNs.
• Coordinate shipments of finished products and receipt of raw materials.
• Accurately ship finished goods and unload and store raw materials.
• Operate a sit-down forklift to load/unload trucks and move products in the warehouse.
• Use an RF scanner to track product movement.
• Clear the hold line and place products in designated locations.
• Provide backup coverage and perform other duties as assigned.

• Operate a sit-down forklift to load and unload trucks and move products throughout the warehouse.
• Use an RF scanner to track product movement.
• Clear the hold line and place products in designated warehouse locations.
• Provide backup coverage and perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Availability to work the rotating 3/2 schedule, 6:00 AM–6:00 PM.

Assignment Details

Ideally we are seeking TEMP TO HIRE CANDIDATES We are seeking someone for a possible Temp to hire role. Will start as a temporary assignment is expected to last at least 6 months and may extend based on business needs.
