Job summary

CHASE Staffing in Lithia Springs, GA is seeking a bilingual (English/Spanish) sit-down forklift operator for a fast-paced food manufacturing site. This temp-to-hire role requires assisting with pallet shrink-wrap and production tasks in addition to forklift duties. Schedule is Monday–Friday 7:00 AM–5:00 PM with some Saturdays; attendance and safety are critical. Pay is $20.00 per hour.

Responsibilities

Location: Lithia Springs / Fulton Industrial / Mableton Area Pay: $20.00 per hour Schedule: Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM–5:00 PM Some Saturdays and overtime may be required Position Type: Temp-to-Hire | Food Manufacturing

We are urgently seeking an experienced Bilingual Sit-Down Forklift Operator for a fast-paced food manufacturing company. Candidates must speak both English and Spanish and be dependable team players who are willing to assist wherever needed. This is not a forklift-only position. The selected candidate must be willing to shrink-wrap pallets and help the production team when needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate a sit-down forklift
• Move raw materials, finished products, and pallets throughout the facility
• Load, unload, stage, and organize products
• Shrink-wrap and prepare pallets for storage or shipment
• Inspect loads for stability and accuracy
• Assist production employees with general duties when needed
• Maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe work area
• Follow all safety, quality, and food-manufacturing procedures
• Communicate effectively with English- and Spanish-speaking team members
• Work cooperatively as part of a fast-paced production team

Requirements

• Must be bilingual in English and Spanish
• Recent sit-down forklift experience required
• Food manufacturing or production experience strongly preferred
• Must be willing to perform production and general warehouse duties
• Must be available Monday–Friday from 7:00 AM–5:00 PM
• Must be available to work some Saturdays when needed
• Slip-resistant work shoes are required
• Must be dependable and have reliable transportation
• Must be able to complete a background check and drug screening
• Strong attendance, teamwork, and safety awareness are essential
