Job summary

Qualifications

• High school degree or High School Equivalency.
• 3 years of clerical experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• SAP knowledge preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• This position is responsible for the preparation of all shipping paperwork and the corresponding system transactions to ensure timely and accurate shipments of all customer orders.
• Resolve potential issues with customer shipments that might prevent on time shipment.
• Works with customer service to arrange freight to meet customer needs.
• Work with customer service on shipment requirements and shipment issues.
• Enter requisitions according to demand of supplies needed.
• Willing to work overtime as needed.
