Job summary

Ingersoll Rand is seeking a Shipping & Receiving Clerk in Austin, TX. You will enter, update, and maintain data in company systems, verify information, and prepare shipping documents.

You will receive, inspect, record materials, coordinate couriers, load/unload trucks, and help maintain inventory accuracy in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. A high school diploma and forklift license are preferred.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in shipping, receiving, or a warehouse environment.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with shipping software.
• Forklift operation preferred or required license.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and accurately record all incoming materials.
• Prepare shipping documents, labels and bills of lading.
• Coordinate with couriers and logistics partners for timely pickups.
• Load and unload trucks following safety procedures.
• Distribute materials to appropriate departments and verify signatures.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and a clean, organized warehouse.
