Directly responsible for shipping, receiving, and the accounting of all produced or ordered materials to or from Rogers Athletics. Verifies and keeps records of incoming and outgoing shipments and prepares items for shipment by performing the following duties. Maintains the quality of the materials handled.

The environment is active and fast-paced, with production operating throughout the day. Expect a mix of physical activity and equipment use, such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and carts to move materials and keep operations flowing. Rogers Group does pre-employment drug screening (as well as randoms). We do test for THC/Marijuana. Candidates must be able to pass a tape measure assessment to be placed in 75% of our positions on the shop floor.
