Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least one year of related experience.
• Strong organizational and basic math skills.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat.
• Epicor experience preferred.
• Forklift certification or willingness to become certified.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Able to sit or stand for extended periods.
• Available for occasional mandatory overtime and weekend work.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and process incoming products for shipment.
• Prepare UPS, FedEx, and freight shipments.
• Package, label, and verify outgoing products.
• Communicate shipping information to customers.
• Assist with finished-goods quality inspections.
• Fulfill production-floor material requests.
• Perform cycle counts and investigate inventory discrepancies.
• Process returns and scrap nonconforming materials.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
