Job summary

Ultimate Staffing is seeking a Shipping and Receiving Clerk in Carlsbad, CA to join a fast-paced warehouse team. You will receive, inspect, stock, pick and prepare orders for shipment, and help maintain accurate inventory records.

Full-time position with hourly pay between $18 and $21, and opportunities to contribute to safe, organized warehouse operations while collaborating with colleagues to meet deadlines.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to lift and move heavy items as needed.
• Basic computer skills for inventory tracking.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Receive and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and damage.
• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
• Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently.
• Stock inventory in designated warehouse locations.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and perform cycle counts as needed.
• Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe.
• Follow company policies and safety procedures.
• Assist with other warehouse duties as assigned.
