Job summary

A research laboratory and supplement manufacturer in Carlsbad is seeking an entry-level Shipping and Receiving Clerk. Responsibilities include record keeping of shipments, packaging outgoing shipments, and maintaining an organized shipping department. Candidates should have some experience in shipping/receiving, good organizational and communication skills, and be able to lift up to 50 lbs. This role provides an hourly wage of $20.00 and includes sick, holiday, and vacation pay.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years experience in shipping/receiving in a regulated environment preferred.
• Basic computer knowledge with Microsoft Office required.
• Ability to lift/push up to 50 pounds and stand up to 4 hours.

Responsibilities

• Record keeping of incoming and outgoing shipments, report damages and shortages.
• Load and unload boxes, raw materials, and operating supplies.
• Package outgoing shipments and label products received.
