Pinch A Penny Sun Wholesale, a POOLCORP Company, is hiring a Shipping Clerk in Clearwater, FL. You will support daily shipping operations, entering orders, releasing shipments, and coordinating with customer service to ensure accurate and timely order processing.

The role requires data processing experience, strong Excel/Outlook skills, and meticulous attention to detail to maintain safety and efficiency in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Enters store orders as needed.
• Allocates and releases orders using AS400 system when needed.
• Acts as liaison between customer service and management.
• Maintains safe and clean work environment.
• Identifies and helps to minimize errors, track and fill out daily reports.
• Prints and organizes all order pick sheets and capture invoice quantities and assign shipping charges.
• Delivers mail from store bags to corporate.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
