Job summary

Brook + Whittle Ltd. is seeking a Shipping Clerk to inspect, pack, and ship orders in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The role requires following customer-specific packing instructions, verifying quantities, and processing shipments with the correct carrier.

The shift runs 7:00am–3:30pm, Monday to Friday, with potential overtime and weekend work as needed. Qualifications include a HS Diploma or GED and the ability to lift up to 45 lbs, stand for extended periods, and pass a background

Qualifications

HS Diploma or GED required.
Must be able to lift up to 45 lbs.
Must be able to stand for the majority of shift.
Ability to work overtime and weekends when needed.

Responsibilities

Read and follow job jacket to ensure production steps and specifications are met.
Check packing instructions and quantities to match customer specs and shipping carrier.
Enter shipment data to generate packing slips and customer info.
Affix packing slips and labels; obtain supervisor sign-off when required.
Update shipping information on job jacket and process shipments in the system.
Maintain clean work area and report issues to supervisor.
Attend shifts on time and perform other duties as assigned.
