Job summary

DecoPac, Inc. in Anoka, MN is seeking a 2nd shift, part-time Warehouse Pick/Pack associate for our clean, highly automated distribution center. Entry-level friendly and trained to work with barcode scanning technology.

You will pick, pack, verify orders, and ensure quality and timely processing while observing inventory levels and following GMP/food handling safety practices.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma, GED or equivalent is desired.
• Ability to work flexible schedule with occasional overtime and/or weekend hours for part-time shifts.
• Prior shipping experience desired.
• Ability to lift, push/pull up to 40 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, and check orders to ensure quality and timely processing.
• Operate integrated warehouse systems including handheld barcode scanners.
• Achieve individual performance standards.
• Observe inventory levels to prevent product shortages.
• Use and understand Personal Protective Equipment.
• Ensure safety and quality through Good Distribution Practices that include maintaining cleanliness and prevent contamination while handling/packing food and food contact products.
• Report food safety concerns to Warehouse Management, SQF Practitioner or HR. If open food product is found, set it aside and immediately notify Warehouse Management or the SQF Practitioner for disposal.
• Follow company policies and safety guidelines.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as required.

Located in Anoka, MN we work with licensors and brands to produce, sell and distribute our products to supermarkets, retail bakeries, and ice cream stores throughout North America.

We are looking for candidates for our Warehouse Pick Pack position. In this role you are responsible for accurately picking and packing customer orders in our distribution center.

Days/Hours:

• 2nd Shift / Monday - Wednesday 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM

Responsibilities:
