Job summary

DecoPac, Inc. is hiring for a 2nd Shift Warehouse Pick Pack in our Anoka, MN distribution center. You will be responsible for accurately picking and packing orders, operating barcode scanners, and meeting performance standards in a clean, highly automated environment.

The role requires 18+ years old, an optional high school diploma, and the ability to lift up to 40 lbs. Overtime and weekend hours may be required for full-time shifts.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent desired.
• Able to work a flexible schedule with overtime/weekend hours for full-time shifts.
• Prior shipping experience desired.
• Able to use stairs on a second level of the shipping floor.
• Able to lift/push/pull up to 40 lbs.
• Able to bend, stoop or reach above shoulders and below knees in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

DecoPac, Inc. is a high growth, high Energy Company that designs, markets and distributes the most popular cake decorations and bakery supplies in the bakery industry. Located in Anoka, MN we work with licensors and brands to produce, sell and distribute our products to supermarkets, retail bakeries, and ice cream stores throughout North America.

We are looking for candidates for our Warehouse Pick Pack position. In this role you are responsible for accurately picking and packing customer orders in our distribution center.

Days/Hours:

• 2nd Shift / Monday -Friday 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM

Responsibilities:

• Pick, pack, and check orders to ensure quality and timely processing.
• Operate integrated warehouse systems including handheld barcode scanners.
• Achieve individual performance standards.
• Observe inventory levels to prevent product shortages.
• Use and understand Personal Protective Equipment.
• Ensure safety and quality through Good Distribution Practices that include maintaining cleanliness and prevent contamination while handling/packing food and food contact products.
• Report food safety concerns to Warehouse Management, SQF Practitioner or HR. If open food product is found, set it aside and immediately notify Warehouse Management or the SQF Practitioner for disposal.
• Follow company policies and safety guidelines.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as required.
