Pepsi MidAmerica is seeking a Shipping Clerk to join the Shipping/Receiving Department. You will manage daily inventory, schedule freight, maintain records, and support logistics operations in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in shipping, inventory, or office coordination preferred.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• VIP/inventory systems experience is a plus.
• Dependable, proactive and team oriented.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily inventory using the VIP system, including issuing counts and tracking variances.
• Schedule freight deliveries and coordinate with outside carriers.
• Track pallet/shell and propane inventory.
• Support month-end and year-end inventory processes.
• Handle incoming calls and assist walk-up customers.
• Input weekly pull logs and assist with payroll coordination for drivers.
• Work with Accounts Payable to ensure timely invoice processing.
• Track and organize delivery paperwork for key customers.
• Order and track office supplies and shipping materials.
• Keep the office clean, organized, and efficient.
