Job summary

PepsiCo in Jacksonville, FL is hiring for a warehouse inventory control role. You will reconcile inbound and outbound shipments, perform inventory counts, and support daily warehouse operations to reduce shrink and prevent stockouts.

The role requires a high school diploma, 2+ years in inventory control, 1+ year in warehouse work, and experience with inbound/outbound processes. You must be detail oriented, organized, and able to lift up to 50 lbs.

• Reconcile full goods inventory for the warehouse/OSW
• Troubleshoot inventory variances as required
• Enter bills of lading, purchases, and transfers
• Weekly balancing of transfers in/out of another facility/OSW
• Manage the day-to-day inventory process for finished goods in compliance
• Maintain all documentation per our document retention policy
• Perform all period close and audit accountabilities (period close performed on weekends when required)
• Manage at-risk and product rotation
• Participate each period close process

The position supports daily warehouse operations by reconciling inbound and outbound shipments, performing inventory counts, completing break and rework activities, and helping maintain facility cleanliness and PQI standards.Beyond its financial importance, this role directly impacts customer satisfaction by ensuring the correct cases are delivered accurately and on time.

Responsibilities

• Working Shift: Day Shift, Monday–Friday, with 1 Saturday every 4 weeks.

Compensation and Benefits

• The expected compensation range for this position is between $45,900 - $73,250.
• Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process.
