Job summary

PepsiCo is seeking an Inventory Control Specialist to support daily warehouse operations, reconcile inbound and outbound shipments, and drive accuracy across finished goods. You will contribute to reducing shrink, ensuring timely deliveries, and maintaining PQI standards while working a Day Shift, Monday–Friday with occasional Saturdays.

The role requires 2+ years in inventory control, 1+ year in warehouse activities, and comfort with BOLs and MS Office.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years of inventory control experience.
• 1+ year of warehouse experience.
• 1+ year of experience with inbound and outbound processes.
• Basic MS Office and inventory software skills.
• Experience processing BOLs preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Own Inventory responsibilities for location/OSW.
• Reconcile full goods inventory for the warehouse/OSW.
• Troubleshoot inventory variances as required.
• Enter bills of lading, purchases, and transfers.
• Weekly balancing of transfers in/out of another facility/OSW.
• Manage the day-to-day inventory process for finished goods in compliance.
• Maintain all documentation per our document retention policy.
• Perform all period close and audit accountabilities.
• Manage at-risk and product rotation.
• Participate each period close process.
