Qualifications

• Two years of office experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with warehouse/inventory/distribution preferred.
• MS Excel proficiency required; WMS/TMS experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate shipping, shuttling, and deliveries per standard procedures.
• Manage dock door usage to minimize delays and congestion.
• Release and assist orders using WMS and TMS systems.
• Monitor loaders for productivity and quality.
• Prepare shipping documents (packing lists, Bills of Lading).
• Ensure accuracy of incoming orders and coordinate with materials management.
