Job summary

The Jel Sert Company is seeking an Inventory Clerk to support the Materials Management department by maintaining Packaging and Ingredients inventory accuracy and by analyzing variances between WMS and ERP systems.

The 1st shift runs from 5:00am to 1:30pm, Monday through Friday, with overtime as needed. The role requires handling cycle counts, process improvements, and collaboration with the inventory team.

Qualifications

• 1 year of inventory experience in a manufacturing environment required.
• WMS software experience required; FormWeigh/WISE/QAD experience preferred.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is required.
• High school diploma required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain inventory balances between WMS and ERP systems.
• Administer cycle count program for Packaging, WIP, and Ingredients.
• Investigate inventory errors to determine root causes and corrections.
• Perform physical counts with attention to accuracy.
• Update Hold Notification Forms in HSMS weekly reworks.
• Assist Inventory team and support cross-functional projects.
