• Works in ERP.
• Creates pack orders for all clean rice trucks and railcars.
• Prints load reports for all clean rice trucks and railcars.
• Issues seals for trucks and railcars.
• Schedules appointments for trucks.
• Weigh trucks in and out for bulk and bagged rice.
• Pulls Bill of Ladings for trucks and railcars.
• Scans paperwork into Laser Vault
• Cleans according to Cleaning Schedules.
• Fills in for other Shipping Clerks when necessary.
• Any other duties assigned by manager.
