Job summary

Flex-N-Gate LLC. is seeking a Shipping Clerk to prepare and post customer bills, scan shipments, and support loading/unloading operations. The role requires forklift use, accurate recordkeeping, and adaptability to indoor and outdoor work environments.

The position runs Monday through Friday from 3pm to 11pm, with a starting pay of $24.50 per hour and raises after 90 days and 6 months. Applicants should have a high school diploma or GED and forklift certification or the ability to obtain it.

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or GED.
• English communication required.
• Experience in shipping/receiving or manufacturing preferred.
• Forklift certification required or maintained per policy.
• Basic computer skills for entering, scanning, and maintaining shipping docs.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Create and post customer bills accurately and promptly.
• Scan and document loads for incoming/outgoing shipments.
• Operate forklift to move products as needed.
• Safely load, unload, and transport products.
• Replace forklift propane cylinder (≈45 pounds) each shift.
• Work indoors and outdoors in varying weather.
• Maintain shipping/receiving documentation.
• Collaborate with team to support production and shipping goals.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
