Job summary

Flex-N-Gate LLC. is seeking a Shipping Clerk to prepare and post customer bills, scan shipments, and assist with product movement across the facility. This role requires accurate recordkeeping and forklift operation, with work both indoors and outdoors.

Qualified candidates will have a high school diploma or GED, English communication skills, and forklift certification (or ability to obtain). Prior shipping/receiving or manufacturing experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must communicate effectively in English.
• Previous shipping/receiving or manufacturing experience preferred.
• Forklift certification required or must obtain certification as per policy.
• Basic computer skills and ability to enter, scan, and maintain shipping documentation.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to follow instructions and established safety procedures.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Create and post bills for customers accurately and timely.
• Scan and document loads for incoming receiving and outgoing shipping trucks.
• Operate a forklift to move product.
• Safely load, unload, and transport products.
• Replace a 45-pound propane cylinder once per shift.
• Work indoors and outdoors in varying conditions.
• Follow all safety policies and forklift operating requirements.
• Maintain shipping and receiving documentation.
• Collaborate with team and management to support production and shipping goals.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
