Job summary

Flex-N-Gate LLC. is hiring for an Afternoon Shift Material Handler to support our manufacturing operations in Ohio. You will follow safety requirements, load and unload materials, read part numbers, and ensure finished goods are placed correctly to keep production flowing.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of forklift and material handling experience, can read detailed work instructions, and work well in a team while maintaining accuracy and quality throughout an fast-paced shift.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• 1+ year experience operating Forklift and Material Handling preferred.
• Ability to read and follow detailed work instructions.
• Strong multitasking, organizational, and prioritization skills.
• Excellent time management and attention to detail.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic math skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Manual dexterity and attention to quality standards.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 15 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Follow all safety requirements.
• Load or unload materials as needed.
• Read part numbers and show distinction between part numbers.
• Bring correct containers to work area without disrupting production.
• Place finished goods in proper area.
• Report any equipment issues to active supervisor or manager.
• Work within a team environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
