We are looking to hire forklift drivers for our second shift to pick, consolidate, and ship all orders accurately and on time.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED certification
• Two years of shipping experience in a manufacturing warehouse required
• Two years of forklift experience desired
• Ability to pass a forklift certification test (available in English and Spanish)

Skills/Abilities:

• Effective written and verbal communication with personnel from all departments
• Proficiency in operating Cherry Picker, Sit-Down, and Stand-Up Forklifts
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred

Hours:

• 8:30 am – 5:00 pm

Pay:

• Starting at $19.00/hour

Essential Results:

• Promote organization and good work ethic
• Maintain and improve department standards
• Operate cherry picker forklift
• Process UPS and FedEx packages and truck orders
• Use IFS, delivery notes, and tracking numbers
• Create commercial invoices for UPS and FedEx
• Understand and use RADLEY
• Maintain accurate shipping records
• Handle all shipping paperwork
• Document procedures for the area
• Ensure proper shipping for customers requiring special labeling
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment
• Contribute to team efforts and perform other duties as assigned
• Cross-training in other warehouse positions required

Working Conditions:

• Ability to work overtime, including weekends
• Physically capable of standing, bending, stooping, and gripping for 8+ hours
• Ability to lift/carry/move up to 30 lbs; heavier items require team lift
• Work in non-climate-controlled and non-dust-controlled areas
• Wear required safety equipment
