• Prepare, process, and verify shipping documentation including bills of lading, manifests, packing slips, and labels.
• Coordinate with carriers (FedEx, UPS, LTL, freight) to schedule and track shipments.
• Inspect outgoing shipments for accuracy, labeling, and packaging.
• Enter shipment data and generate tracking reports using logistics software.
• Communicate with internal teams and clients regarding order status and issues.
