Job summary

Lake Air Products is a fast-growing contract manufacturer serving medical, aerospace & defense, industrial markets and more. The Shipping Clerk will prepare, package, receive, and process shipments to ensure timely delivery, using ERP data and freight bills.

The role supports shipping and inventory by handling inbound/outbound shipments, operating forklifts, and maintaining safety and quality standards. Key tasks include packaging, labeling, weight posting, and coordinating with vendors.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years forklift experience in a manufacturing/warehouse environment preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel).
• Knowledge of MRP, BOL, and shipping systems (UPS/FEDEX) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Pack products into shipping cartons per orders and instructions.
• Seal and label cartons for shipping.
• Check incoming packages for damage and count.
• Post weights and shipping charges.
• Receive materials and prepare products for shipment using freight bills.
