Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous warehouse, shipping/receiving, or inventory experience preferred.
• Experience with ERP systems, such as Syteline, is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Self-motivated with a commitment to continuous improvement.
• Ability to work safely and follow all PPE and safety requirements.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and process outgoing shipments using the most efficient and cost-effective shipping methods.
• Create bills of lading and verify shipments against work orders.
• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials and deliveries.
• Sort, package, label, and organize inventory and materials.
• Deliver materials to appropriate departments and project locations.
• Track and resolve shipment issues, including proof of delivery requests.
• Support warehouse organization and 5S initiatives.
• Participate in weekly cycle counts and inventory control activities.
• Maintain shipping, receiving, and inventory records.
• Obtain freight quotes and coordinate shipments.
• Safely operate warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks, hand dollies, and forklifts.
