Job summary

Talentify in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Distribution Center Shipping Clerk to support outbound shipments and inbound receiving. You will organize inventory for quick retrieval, review shipment schedules, and document any inventory damage.

Responsibilities include packing and shipping to customers, reading orders, selecting items from shelves, and ensuring stock accuracy throughout the shift. A high school diploma and warehouse experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of warehouse or distribution center experience.
• Knowledge of shipping, receiving, and inventory control.
• Experience with Radio Frequency (RF) scanners.
• Experience with ERP/WMS systems; Epicor 10 a plus.
• Familiar with warehouse safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Pack, prepare and ship inventory to customers or storefronts.
• Read incoming orders and efficiently pick items from warehouse shelves.
• Confirm stock inventory is accurate throughout the shift.
• Inspect goods and containers for damage before packing for shipment.
• Maintain clean and orderly work areas.
