Job summary

SIS, an EIS company, in Canton, GA, is seeking a Shipping Clerk to prepare outgoing orders, maintain shipping documentation, and coordinate shipments to meet customer deadlines.

You will verify product quantities, prepare packing slips, labels, Bills of Lading, and tracking records, input data into carrier systems, and work with Customer Service, Quality, and production teams to resolve issues.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required, or equivalent experience.
• Experience with shipping documentation and carrier systems is helpful.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to organize multiple orders.

Responsibilities

• Prepare packing slips, shipping labels, Bills of Lading, and required certifications.
• Verify quantities, addresses, labels, and documentation.
• Coordinate parcel and LTL shipments with carriers (FedEx, UPS) and update tracking.
• Enter tracking information and resolve discrepancies with internal teams.
