Job summary

Ground Force Worldwide is seeking a Shipping Clerk who is driven, detail-oriented, and has a strong work ethic to manage shipments and documentation. The role requires multitasking, prioritization, and self-management, with starting wages between $21 and $25 per hour depending on experience.

You will handle packing, labeling, and sorting, coordinate with freight drivers, and perform data entry in Epicor while maintaining safety and accuracy.

Qualifications

• Exemplary customer care skills required.
• Forklift skills and any certifications are a plus.
• Experience with UPS WorldShip is favorable.
• Experience with freight receipts and shipments encouraged.
• Highly organized and safety conscious.
• Proficient with computers and data entry.

Responsibilities

• Manage the shipment of all products, materials, and supplies.
• Retrieve customer orders from picklist and paperwork.
• Package and weigh items for shipping.
• Print shipping labels and bills of lading; prepare documents for international shipments.
• Verify accuracy of pulled parts and shipping information.
• Track, trace, and update the status of outgoing shipments.
• Data entry, processing, and reporting in Epicor.
• Maintain communication with freight drivers and ensure professional interactions.
• Stock shelves, perform inventory counts, and assist Receiving.
