Responsibilities

• Verify shipping sheet information against orders.
• Count and weigh outgoing shipments to ensure accuracy.
• Ensure correct shipment method is used.
• Verify customer address against AHPS and FedEx Ship Manager.
• Wrap, package, and seal products per SOP.
• Restock packing supplies as needed.
• Log customer returns.
• Maintain clean workstations and department.
• Other duties may be assigned.
