Job summary

AnazaoHealth is seeking a detail-oriented shipping clerk to verify information on outgoing shipments and prepare items for shipment. You will count, weigh, and package products, ensuring accuracy and adherence to SOPs while maintaining a clean work area.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED, 1+ year experience, and strong computer literacy (Windows, Office 365, Teams). This role involves standing, lifting up to 75 pounds, and working in a fast-paced environment.

About the job

Verifies information on outgoing shipments and prepares items for shipment by performing the duties:

Key Responsibilities

• Compares shipping sheet information with order on hand.
• Counts and weighs items of outgoing shipments ensuring quantities and information of orders are aligned.
• Ensures requested method of shipment is applied.
• Verifies customer address on the shipping sheet against AHPS and FedEx ship manager is correct.
• Wrap, package, and seal products according to the SOP.
• Restock packing supplies as needed.
• Log customer returns.
• Maintain cleanliness of workstations and department.
• Other duties may be assigned.

Basic Qualifications

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
• Minimum of one year of work experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• High attention to detail is required
• Computer literacy, including but not limited to, Windows, Office 365 Suites, and Microsoft Teams.

Working Conditions

• This position requires standing and sitting for extended periods of time including majority of shifts. Walking, kneeling and bending frequently.
• Employees will be required to lift and carry up to 75 pounds.
• Vision requirements include close, distance, color, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
• Employees will be required to read small print.
• While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently exposed to moving mechanical parts, fumes or airborne particles, toxic or caustic chemicals, and risk of radiation. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
