Qualifications

• Previous experience in a shipping or warehouse environment is preferred.
• Forklift, Manlift, and Tractor certification may be required.
• Basic computer skills for inventory tracking and data entry.
• Attention to detail and accuracy; strong organizational skills.

Responsabilités

• Prepare accurate shipping reports for Accounting on a daily basis.
• Look up freight costs on e-shipping for each order.
• Perform heavy data entry with accuracy.
• Communicate professionally via telephone and e-mail with customers.
• Sort and file documents; ensure paperwork is completed on time.
• Follow processes to meet shipping requirements; support dock work.
• Assist at front counter when needed; support Parts, Warranty & Shipping.
