Job summary

AAON, Inc. in Tulsa, OK is seeking a Warehouse Associate to efficiently handle goods, receive, store, and distribute products while maintaining a clean, safe workspace.

Responsibilities include verifying incoming shipments, maintaining inventory records, picking/packing orders, and operating forklifts and other warehouse equipment with care to meet quality standards. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a physically demanding environment.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred.
• Forklift, Manlift, and Tractor certification may be required.
• Basic computer skills for inventory tracking and data entry.
• Good communication, attention to detail, and strong organizational skills.
• Willingness to work in a physically demanding environment.

Responsibilities

• Receive, verify quantities, and inspect incoming shipments.
• Maintain organized inventory records and track stock levels.
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment; ensure proper labeling and documentation.
• Operate forklifts and other warehouse machinery safely and efficiently.
• Collaborate with team to ensure smooth warehouse operations and report discrepancies.
