AAA Cooper Transportation, Inc. is seeking an Operations Clerk to support freight movement across our network. You will perform administrative tasks for Picking, Shipping and Receiving, data entry, and report generation while coordinating with internal and external customers.

A High School education or equivalent and strong English communication are required. Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office is preferred.

Formación

• Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• High School education or equivalent.
• Knowledge of Excel and other Microsoft Office products.
• Good, tactful communications skills - verbal and written.
• Self-motivated with a positive attitude.

Responsabilidades

• The Operations Clerk will perform administrative tasks to assist the operations, including assisting the Picking, Shipping and Receiving Departments.
• Will perform data entry, generate and validate reports and documents, and work with internal and external customers.
• Answering phones, filing, and faxing; other job assignments as needed.
